Role & responsibilities To make outbound calls to the qualified clients and pitch the high value product. Provide accurate information about products, services, and process. Maintain customer records and update CRM software. To be able to probe the customers on their requirements and explain how the service and process works in particular case. Follow up with potential clients and maintain data track of sales records. Meet weekly/monthly targets and be able to align with sales lead to understand any gaps. Collaborate with the sales and support team to improve the calling quality. Maintain the call flow as defined by quality.
