Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

This involves strategies and activities aimed at driving sales and increasing a company's income
It includes identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase products or services

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

CRM focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention

3. Product Knowledge:

This refers to having a deep understanding of the products or services a company offers
It includes features, benefits, uses, and potential drawbacks

4. Visual Merchandising:

Visual merchandising is the strategic presentation of products in retail spaces to attract and engage customers
This includes store layout, displays, signage, lighting, and product placement

5. Sales Reporting:

Sales reporting involves tracking, analyzing, and presenting sales data to assess performance
This includes metrics like sales volume, conversion rates, revenue trends, and customer acquisition costs, end to end billing

6. Co-ordination for Exhibitions & Events:

Taking ownership and achieving sales target & Branding in occurring exhibitions and events
