Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the reputed FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with clients while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the FMCG sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
