Job brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and

ensuring an exceptional sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a

customer-first mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the experience store.

• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions.

• Deliver walkthroughs of the store and share project portfolios to showcase our expertise.

2. Lead Management:

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers, and

references.

• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress.

3. Sales Process Execution:

• Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers.

• Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations.

• Collect rendering charges and facilitate customer site visits with the design team.

4. Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Drive footfall to the store through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

5. Coordination:

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless customer service.

• Assist with order processing, approvals, and follow-ups during the production phase.

6. Ground Sales Activities:

• Distribute marketing materials and interact with potential customers in high-rise societies.

• Assist in organizing canopy setups, pamphlet distribution, and meetings with society

management for branding opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate/ Post Graduate or a related field.

• 0-2years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, luxury retail, or interior design.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

• Familiarity with lead management.

The working hours for this position will be from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including break time.

Alternatively, the hours may be adjusted to 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, as determined by the manager.

The work schedule will consist of six days per week, with Saturdays and Sundays being regular

working days. A fixed day off will be provided each week, Which will be Wednesday.
