Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new PEB projects through market research, networking, and lead generation Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers. Any other specification required: Strong understanding of structural steel and PEB systems. Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales. Key Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Technical aptitude to understand construction and structural concepts. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to read engineering drawings and AutoCAD is a plus. Work Environment & Travel: Field-based role with regular travel to client sites, industrial zones, and project locations. Occasional travel to manufacturing facility may be required.
