Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the overall business contribution/growth in Doctor referral sales
Execution of sales activities in an effective manner
Building a strong doctor network for consistent referrals by identifying opportunities to collaborate and partner
Executing Doctor/ patient engagement programs like medical camps, webinars, CME's and patient engagement programs
Promotion of the hospital services/ inhouse consultants / programs through Corporate Sales team

Preferred Candidate

Understanding of healthcare industry and referral pathways
Ability to build rapport and maintain long term relationships
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target oriented and capable of working independently
