Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive who thrives on meeting people, understanding their needs, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, follow up, and convert leads to achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct property site visits and handle deal closures
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide clear communication and after-sales support
• Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing for client outreach initiatives
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and visits for CRM updates
• Strictly Adhere to office timings and reporting structure

Requirements:

• 2-wheeler mandatory for client visits
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, disciplined, and result-driven personality
• Punctual and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (12th pass with strong sales experience may also apply)
• Additional certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
