Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the property buying process.
• Understand client needs and suggest the best property options.
• Conduct site visits and explain property features clearly.
• Negotiate deals and close sales with confidence.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, projects, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and connect with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and growth.
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market will be an added advantage.
