Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with potential homebuyers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide clients throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct site visits and convert leads into bookings.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: MBA (Mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales/real estate is an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a persuasive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
