Job Summary:

Creative Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, project brochures, hoardings, and site branding.
• Design visual assets for digital marketing including social media creatives, emailers, online ads, and presentations.
• Edit and produce engaging promotional videos, walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, and project teasers.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and site teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all visual communication.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external partners when needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Graphic Designer or Creative Specialist in real estate or a similar industry.
• Proficient in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

  and

  CorelDRAW

  .
• Solid knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
• Ability to handle feedback and adapt designs based on evolving campaign needs.
• Understanding of real estate marketing trends is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Experience with 3D walkthroughs or basic animation tools.
• Photography/videography skills.
• Knowledge of social media ad specifications and UI/UX design.
