Sales Executive Real Estate

As a Sales Executive at our company located in LIG 891, Kalinga Vihar LIG, Kalinganagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 752054, you will play a vital role in supporting property sales and managing construction materials. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with clients, conducting site visits, and coordinating with site teams to ensure smooth material delivery and tracking. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the sale of residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits to nurture leads, fostering client relationships throughout the sales process, coordinating construction material deliveries to sites, monitoring stock levels and basic inventory, collaborating with site supervisors to meet material requirements, and maintaining detailed records and daily reports. To excel in this role, you should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or on-site operations within the real estate or construction industry. Strong communication skills, a basic understanding of construction materials, a willingness to travel to various sites, and a degree or diploma in any field are essential qualifications. Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract, ideally suited for individuals who prefer day shifts and are motivated by performance-based bonuses.
