Role Overview:

Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients from provided leads to understand their requirements and provide property options.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with clients post-site visit to address queries and facilitate decision-making.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team leaders and marketing teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitive projects, and pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in real estate client calling and site visit scheduling (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
