Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and energetic Lead Sourcing Executive to join our team in Panvel. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and client engagement. Freshers are welcome under a 6-month internship program, while experienced candidates (min. 6 months) from real estate, banking, insurance, or automobile sales/marketing backgrounds will be considered for a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate phone conversations with potential leads, clients, and follow-up on assigned data
• Achieve weekly targets in a high-performance, competitive environment
• Follow up intensively with prospects and close sales within the defined sales cycle
• Maintain communication with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS
• Report to the Site Head with daily updates
• Maintain performance metrics such as conversion ratio, monthly revenue, revenue per sale, etc.
• Contribute to team goals while monitoring self-performance consistently

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with Excel
• Candidates must own a two-wheeler (bike) for fieldwork
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/marketing (real estate, banking, insurance, automobile preferred)
• Freshers with no experience can apply under internship
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
