Job Description

Position: Executive – Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from online/offline sources and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct site visits, explain project details, USPs, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
  • Assist in closing deals through consistent client engagement and support during decision-making.
  • Coordinate with CRM for documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sale queries.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update lead status in the CRM system regularly.

2. Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns – including distributing brochures, banners, and event coordination.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by sharing content, handling inquiry responses, and generating leads through online platforms.
  • Participate in expos, property fairs, and site events as a company representative.

3. Branding & Communication:

  • Ensure the correct usage of branding material during site visits and events.
  • Assist in gathering customer testimonials, photographs, and walkthrough feedback.

4. Channel Partner Coordination:

  • Support relationship management with channel partners and brokers by handling site visits and inquiries routed through them.
  • Help maintain a log of broker site visits and update performance reports for management.

5. Market Awareness:

  • Keep updated with local market trends and nearby competing projects.
  • Gather customer feedback and competitor pricing information during interactions.

6. Team & Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Attend internal sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

7. Client Service & Retention:

  • Provide a professional and positive experience to every walk-in and lead.
  • Address basic queries post-sale and escalate matters to CRM or senior team when needed.
  • Encourage referrals and maintain good rapport with booked customers.

8. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain daily visit reports and lead follow-up trackers.
  • Submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager and update the status of leads/projects assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
