Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Real Estate, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing suitable property options. Daily tasks include conducting property site visits, negotiating prices, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work closely with financial institutions to assist clients with home financing options.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Property Valuation
• 0-1 years of experience .
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in financial consultation or real estate consulting is a plus me
