Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with EPC Companies, contractors, builders, and site engineers.
  • Understand construction project needs
  • Conduct client visits, demos, and regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal procurement/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and submit timely reports.

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B/technical sales or construction materials industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of common construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, MEP, etc.)
  • Comfortable with field visits and client interaction.
