Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in the machinery/printing industry to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of printing equipment and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
• Follow up on leads and maintain sales pipeline

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide technical consultation to clients on equipment selection
• Coordinate with service team for after-sales support
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain detailed customer records and interaction logs
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Update CRM system with all customer interactions

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any of the following industries:
• Machinery sales
• Printing equipment (digital printers, offset printing machines)
• Digital printing industry
• Offset printing industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand technical specifications and features

Education

• Graduate/Diploma in any stream
• Technical background in printing/mechanical engineering preferred

Personal Attributes

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
