We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, and building relationships with clients across both private and government sectors. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference, although freshers passionate about sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for Diesel Generator Sets and Industrial Products.
Identify and engage potential clients, including government departments and industrial customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and marketing.
Preference given to candidates from the
Diesel Generator, Industrial Products, or Machinery
industries.
Experience in handling
government departments
will be an added advantage.
Freshers may also be considered for
lead generation roles
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching and dealing with government clients.
