Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B or B2C sales channels. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline using CRM software. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in [industry, e.g., Batteries, Manufacturing industry, etc.]. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office Willingness to travel as required.
