Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell insurance products to existing customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting) to resolve complex issues related to policy issuance.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients.
Ability to work independently from home office setup with minimal supervision.
