Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and develop business for

    GI, HDPE, PVC pipes and fittings

    .
  • Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and plumbing consultants regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Handle

    B2B sales

    , order follow-up, and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and promote company products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, pricing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, calls, and visit logs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of

    building material / pipes industry

    preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in field sales / channel sales.
  • Ability to achieve targets and handle market visits independently.
  • Good understanding of dealer & distributor network.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent field travel.
