1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital
platforms, and referrals.
* Maintain and grow a database of potential and existing clients.
* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
2. Client Engagement:
* Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
* Educate clients on available property options based on their needs and budget.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
3. Property Presentation
* Arrange site visits and accompany clients to property locations.
* Provide detailed information about the property, including pricing, amenities, legal titles, and
location advantages.
* Highlight unique selling points of each property.
4. Sales Process Management
* Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a professional manner.
* Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth transaction processing.
* Prepare sales agreements and ensure documentation compliance.
5. Market Research & Analysis:
* Stay updated on market trends, pricing, competitors, and new projects.
* Analyze customer feedback to understand market demand and preferences.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
* Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
* Update CRM systems with client interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge of the local real estate market
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
