Job Description

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and meet sales targets
  • Identify and approach potential clients in the food packaging industry
  • Present product features, benefits, and technical details to clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and after-sales service
  • Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and product improvements


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of

    experience in sales

    within the

    packaging, plastic containers, or FMCG supply industry

  • Strong knowledge of IML (In-Mould Labeling) technology is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Willingness to travel as per business needs

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
