Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the IML (In-Mould Labeling) food container & packaging industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network within the packaging or related industries. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and meet sales targets Identify and approach potential clients in the food packaging industry Present product features, benefits, and technical details to clients Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and after-sales service Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and product improvements Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales within the packaging, plastic containers, or FMCG supply industry Strong knowledge of IML (In-Mould Labeling) technology is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel as per business needs Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
