Sales Executive – Paint Technology Location: Malad West, Mumbai Department: Sales & Marketing Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the Paint/Coatings Industry Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech./Diploma in Paint Technology or related field Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in paint technology and a proven track record in the paints, coatings, and resin raw material industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships across the region. Key Responsibilities: · Promote and sell resins and coating raw materials to customers in the paint and allied industries · Identify and develop new customers, markets, and segments to expand sales reach · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the company's growth plans · Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and provide after-sales support · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic inputs · Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to address customer requirements and queries · Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management Key Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry · Strong technical understanding of resins, coatings, and related raw materials · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment · Proficient in MS Office and CRM software · Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your age?
