🔎 About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about building strong customer relationships and executing on-ground marketing activities.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across assigned territories in MH.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Execute field marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop region-specific strategies.
Track competitor activities and market trends to support decision-making.
Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and follow-ups.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel within Maharashtra.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
