Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience- 2+ years

Location - Gurugram

Ctc- upto 4.8 Lpa

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, referrals, and other channels.
Meet clients, contractors, and bidders on-site to present products and drive business growth,
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for long-term business growth.
Understand customer needs, gather requirements, and share inputs with internal teams for smooth execution.
Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely conversion into sales.
Drive deal closures by negotiating effectively and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Manage after-sales services to uphold customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Track competitor activities and market trends to support business strategy.
Prepare regular reports on sales, client visits, and financial data.
Coordinate with internal teams and departments to drive sales performance

Requirements

Hands-on experience in driving sales, field marketing, and expanding business opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, results-oriented, and skilled in client interactions
Committed to traveling as needed for client visits and business development.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
