JOB SUMMERY

The Online Sales Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end online sales process, including customer engagement via WhatsApp, processing orders, preparing dispatch and courier documentation, billing, and ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to handle daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp/Instagram/ call and other online platforms(If required).
• Share product details, images, pricing, and availability with customers.

Order Processing & Billing

• Take and confirm customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and generate invoices for every confirmed order.
• Ensure proper billing entry and documentation of all transactions.

Courier & Dispatch Handling

• Pack orders securely and label them correctly for dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery(if required).
• Maintain a record of all dispatched orders including tracking details.

Data Entry & Reporting

• Update online sales records and customer details in Record Books or Excel.
• Maintain courier register and invoice tracking sheet for daily follow-up.

General Online Sales Support

• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payment status.
• Assist in stock checks and updating product availability as needed.
• Support promotional activities like Reels/Post/ sharing offers via WhatsApp or status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic experience in online sales or retail (textile industry preferred).
• Tele-calling or Tele-sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, courier apps, and Excel.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage orders independently.
• Attention to detail in billing and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
