Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Resizone Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, building client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with clients to understand their property needs and offer tailored real estate solutions, whether for residential, commercial or investment purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals.

* Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.

* Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.

* Present property features, pricing, and relevant information to clients effectively.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

* Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure all legal documentation is complete.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.

* Maintain records of sales activity and prepare regular performance reports.

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

* Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is an advantage.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
