Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Build, maintain, and nurture strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants. Understand client requirements and provide product presentations or samples. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement. Business Development Identify and approach new architects and design firms to expand the company’s network. Generate leads through industry events, exhibitions, and referrals. Coordinate with architects to include the company’s products in their project specifications. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Negotiate pricing and terms within company policy to close deals. Track and update sales progress in CRM or reporting systems. Product Promotion & Awareness Conduct product knowledge sessions and training for architects and designers. Provide technical details, catalogs, and sample kits to support design proposals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
