Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing Nirvasa in a professional manner. The role includes planning and executing effective sales strategies, presenting company solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also gather market insights, provide feedback to the team, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and lead generation skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Customer relationship management and client-focused approach
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the healthcare or digital health industry (advantageous)
Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
