Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, etc.). Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable pre-owned cars. Conduct test drives and explain features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles. Negotiate pricing, financing, and exchange offers to close sales deals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat sales and referrals. Maintain showroom presentation and ensure all vehicles are showcased attractively. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in automobile sales (pre-owned or new cars preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for cars. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of financing and insurance processes. Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any discipline). 1–3 years of experience in sales (automobile sector preferred).
