Location:

We are hiring a New Lift Sales Executive to drive sales of Lifts / elevators for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves meeting builders, architects, consultants, individuals and corporates to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new projects and generate leads.
• Meet builders, architects, individuals and consultants for elevator requirements.
• Present proposals, quotations, and technical details.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma (any discipline).
• 1–3 years of sales experience (construction/engineering industry preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.(In English and Local Language)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients.
