Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating with all departments, compiling data, preparing performance reports, and monitoring key business metrics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication and providing management with actionable insights for business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collect and consolidate data from Sales, Service, Projects, HR, and Accounts teams.

 Prepare structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.

 Track departmental KPIs and highlight deviations or underperformance.

 Assist management in preparing presentations and dashboards.

 Monitor AMC renewals, service performance, sales achievements, and project progress.

 Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives.  Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.  Maintain records, documentation, and data accuracy.  Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.  1–3 years of experience in operations, MIS, or business coordination.  Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and report preparation.  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines.  Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
