Job Description

Identify and develop new clients for Lift installations (Builders, Architects, Individual Homes, Industries, Hotels, Hospitals etc., ) and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for all makes of Lifts.
Conduct field visits to builders, contractors, architects, facility managers
Convert leads into orders and achieve monthly sales targets
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals
Build relationships with property developers and facility heads
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
Coordinate with technical and installation teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
