Sales Executive - New Lifts

As a New Lift Sales Executive at ORONO Lifts, you will be responsible for driving sales of lifts and elevators for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Chennai, Bangalore, and Trichy. Your role will involve meeting with builders, architects, consultants, individuals, and corporates to generate new business and achieve sales targets. **Responsibilities:** - Identify new projects and generate leads. - Meet with builders, architects, individuals, and consultants to understand elevator requirements. - Present proposals, quotations, and technical details effectively. - Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. **Requirements:** - Graduates/Diploma holders in any discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. - Freshers with strong communication skills in English and the local language are encouraged to apply. - Possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills. - Must be willing to travel and meet clients regularly.
