Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the micro finance industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the micro finance industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software applications.
Qualification: B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, M.A, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com.
