Sales executive job description:-

  • Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing pharmaceuticals industries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Understand the technical aspects and uses of chemical products or solutions the company offers.
  • Prepare and share quotations/proposals with customers through email
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth order processing, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Coordinated with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to align on documentation processes, ensure material supply as per required specifications, and complete vendor qualification procedures.
  • Handled incoming calls from clients/vendors and maintained continuous communication to provide support and resolve queries.
  • Willingly undertook and completed any additional tasks assigned by the manager
  • Ensured all tasks were carried out in strict alignment with company SOPs and guidelines.
