Manage client/vendor communications and resolve queries. Provide backup support for team members to ensure workflow continuity. Core Focus: Drive sales growth in pharmaceutical chemicals while ensuring technical compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Understand the technical aspects and uses of chemical products or solutions the company offers. Prepare and share quotations/proposals with customers through email Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability for the company. Close sales deals and ensure smooth order processing, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment. Coordinated with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to align on documentation processes, ensure material supply as per required specifications, and complete vendor qualification procedures. Handled incoming calls from clients/vendors and maintained continuous communication to provide support and resolve queries. Willingly undertook and completed any additional tasks assigned by the manager Ensured all tasks were carried out in strict alignment with company SOPs and guidelines.
