Job Description

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

Client Development & Sales:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
  • Promote additional products to existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and ensure smooth order processing.

Technical & Product Knowledge:

  • Understand technical aspects, uses, and benefits of chemical products.
  • Coordinate with QA department for material specifications and vendor qualification.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and customer interaction logs.

Operational Support:

  • Train new employees on procedures and documentation.
  • Handle LC document preparation and bank submissions.
  • Manage client/vendor communications and resolve queries.
  • Provide backup support for team members to ensure workflow continuity.
