Drive sales for cab bookings through effective communication and persuasion. Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting the right cab services based on their preferences. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers. Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancement. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions. Handle customer issues promptly and find the best solutions, ensuring a seamless booking experience. Build and keep positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously update product knowledge and take part in training programs to enhance selling skills. Knowledge of the cab booking industry and trends. Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
