You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential leads through various online platforms (LinkedIn, directories, websites, etc.) Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest Qualify leads based on target criteria Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets Required Skills: Good communication skills (spoken and written English) Basic computer and internet proficiency Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to work in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility Criteria: Female candidates only Immediate joiners preferred
