Inbound Calls: Address customer inquiries related to D2H services, including billing, technical support, and service requests. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.Sai Vikram Academy Outbound Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers for service feedback and satisfaction surveys.
