As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle voice-based interactions to resolve queries, offer product/service support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers. Resolve customer issues related to products, billing, orders, or services. Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines. Document all interactions in the CRM system. Required Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken and comprehension). Neutral accent and clear pronunciation. Active listening and empathy in customer interactions. Typing speed: 3040 WPM with accuracy. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work night shifts and weekends if needed. Eligibility Criteria: Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Experience: Freshers or 6 months2 years in international voice process.
