Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Follow up with inactive or irregular members to encourage re-engagement and promote consistency. Conduct studio tours and clearly explain membership benefits, class offerings, and service plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM or internal systems. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Coordinate with trainers and front-desk staff to ensure smooth client onboarding. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events. Leverage social media and digital platforms to increase studio visibility and attract new clients. Stay updated with fitness industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market. Represent the studio positively and professionally at all times. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for health and fitness. Fit and active lifestyle – must personally engage in workouts and maintain a healthy physique to represent the brand image. Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude. Flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
