Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager- Medical Devices located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the region. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, providing them with product information, and conducting product demonstrations. The role also involves market research, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
• Knowledge of the medical devices industry and related products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
