Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) who is passionate about interior design and eager to build a career in sales. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their design needs, coordinating with the design team, and visiting project sites. Candidates must be willing to do field visits to meet clients, builders, and architects as part of their learning and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in, online, and referred leads to understand customer requirements.
• Present Maywood’s design services, process, and products confidently.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to create tailored proposals.
• Conduct field visits to project sites, customer locations, and builder offices.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and brand promotion activities.
• Maintain customer records, feedback, and follow-up schedules in CRM tools.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and professional service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.
• Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
• Passion for interiors, sales, and customer interaction.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome — full training will be provided.
