Chief Executive Officer

Maywood Interiors, a premium interior design and modular furniture company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic CEO to lead the company’s growth journey. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, proven leadership experience, and a network of contacts in real estate, architecture, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic direction and oversee operations across departments – design, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and execution.
• Build high-level partnerships with builders, architects, and vendors.
• Accelerate sales and brand presence through strategic business development.
• Lead P&L, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Mentor senior leadership and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in interiors/modular furniture/real estate/design industries.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Strong industry contacts in Bengaluru and other metro markets.
• Ability to hit the ground running and take full charge of the company’s operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
