Maywood Interiors is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, making follow-up calls, and coordinating with the design and field teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is a desk-based role with growth opportunities for candidates who want to build a career in interior sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from websites, social media, and phone calls.
Make follow-up calls to prospects and maintain lead databases.
Schedule appointments for the field/sales/design team.
Explain basic information about Maywood’s services and offerings.
Coordinate with field marketing and design teams for client meetings and updates.
Maintain call logs and prepare weekly reports.

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or internal sales (interior design/home improvement preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge – Excel, Google Sheets, CRM (preferred).
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused environment.
Positive attitude and polite phone manners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
