Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our toy manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a polite and professional communication style, strong English-speaking and writing skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role focuses on lead conversion, new business generation, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
  • Convert incoming and outbound leads into confirmed orders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Communicate product details, pricing, and value propositions clearly and politely in English or Hindi.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Track and improve lead conversion ratios.
  • Conduct occasional field visits for client meetings, distributor onboarding, or trade-related activities (if required)
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and orders in Excel or CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment.
  • Gather market feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

  • Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently

  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
